SERVICES AND FEES

• A standard 50-minute consult with a Clinical Psychologist is charged at a rate of $230. If you have a Mental Health Care Plan and GP referral in place you will be eligible for a Medicare Rebate of  $145.25 per appointment for up to 10 appointments in a calendar year (January to December). 
• A standard 50-minute consult with a Registered Psychologist is charged at a rate of $200. If you have a Mental Health Care Plan and GP referral in place you will be eligible for a Medicare Rebate of  $98.95 per appointment for up to 10 appointments in a calendar year (January to December). 
• We accept self-referrals without a MHCP for private-paying clients. 
• If you have private health insurance please check with your provider what costs your insurer will reimburse you for. 
• If your employer is financially supporting you to access psychology appointments we will ask for their details in our Intake form so that we can forward invoices directly.  We do not disclose any personal information to your employer without first seeking your consent to do so. 
• Depending on the presenting mental health concern, we accept referrals for individuals who have a Plan-Managed or Self-Managed NDIS package. We ask for your plan management details in our Intake forms. Our fees are charged in line with the current NDIS price guide.

We provide comprehensive testing for children and adolescents which can assist with diagnostic clarification, identifying strengths and weaknesses, and assisting with identifying appropriate learning supports. The types of assessments we conduct include:

• Cognitive assessments (also available for adults)
• Adaptive/Functional assessments
• Academic Assessments
• Behavioural, Social and Emotional Assessments
• ADHD and Autism assessments

Our fees for our testing services varies depending on the type of assessment needed and level of complexity. Please contact us directly for an individually tailored quote.
